COVID-19 Cleaning Scope of Work
Required Supplies:
  • EPA Approved Emerging Viral Pathogen Disinfectant
  • Backpack Sprayer
  • Restroom Cleaning Chemicals
  • PPE Including face masks and protective gloves
  • Vacuum, Broom, Mop and Mop Bucket
  • Cloth Rags and Paper Towels
  • Spray Bottles with correct labels attached
  • Heavy Duty Trash Bags
Standards:
  • Only personnel trained in the appropriate use of PPE and chemicals will perform service.
  • Remove all materials utilized from the site for disposal.  
  • Once service is complete, all materials utilized in cleaning will be thrown out in Performance Plus supplied bags and discarded.
  • No use of on site cleaning chemicals or equipment for this service will be permitted
Procedure: (Cloths and paper towel are to be used for all hard surface cleaning)
  • Performance Plus will begin procedure with initial disinfecting spray of entire area. Final *disinfecting spray will be performed as we walk out the door. 
  • Clean surfaces using a neutral pH detergent.
  • Wipe clean and disinfect all high touch surfaces throughout the offices.
  • Do not touch papers or other items on counters or desks. All papers and personal items must be removed before service.

Areas to be cleaned:
  • Entrances, Lobby, Reception Areas
  • Offices, Conference Rooms, Cubicle Areas, Common Areas
  • All restrooms and locker rooms, if applicable
  • All restrooms surface; sinks, counter, partitions, dispensers, toilets, faucets, handles, urinals, sanitary dispensers, trash receptacles, floors, and lower wall areas
  • Break rooms/Kitchenettes, to include:
    • Outside of Surfaces Only, unless prior arrangements have been made to clear out appliances prior to Service
    • Refrigerators, Microwaves, Toaster Ovens, Sinks, Water Machines, and Cabinet facings
    • Door Handles throughout the facility
  • Elevators, escalators and stairwells if applicable
  • Hard Surfaces: All hard surfaces that people frequently touch or are visibly soiled.
  • Doors, door handles, push plates, window ledges, handrails, light switches, chairs, stools, tables, desks, window blind controls.
  • Copy machines, telephones, keyboards.
  • File cabinet drawer facings and handles, open areas of desks, and door framing.
  • Escalator handrails, elevator doors, buttons and wall railing.
  • Hospital Grade, EPA Certified Disinfecting Spray Mist will be applied to entire area after deep cleaning.  
  • Disinfecting spray may leave residue that can be wiped with moist cloth or wet paper towel
